A meeting titled “Fit for 55% and the European Green Deal,” organized by the Honorable Lara Comi, was held on Wednesday, June 7, at the Ispra site of the JRC-Joint Research Center-addressed to entrepreneurs and industry presidents from the Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta regions. The objective is twofold: – to spread awareness of the JRC; – to deepen the implementation status of the Green Deal and Fit For 55.
On these issues, the importance of the principle of technology neutrality was reiterated in pursuing the climate improvement goals set by EU bodies, taking advantage of the potential of all available technologies and energy carriers. It is our intention to organize a visit to the Joint Research Center in the second part of this year in order to foster relationships with the JRC involving individual companies or aggregates of companies, in the case of innovative supply chain projects. Attached is the press release issued yesterday afternoon.
