Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Lombard Mobility Cluster.

Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 2 p.m., in attendance at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Via della Garzetta campus in Brescia, AULA 1, with the following program:
– 2 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.: Visiting workshops;
– 3:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Speech by Dr. Giovanni Panzeri, Director Luigi Sangaletti, Director of the Department of Mathematics and Physics;
– h:16.00 start of work Assembly:
1. Communications from the President and the Secretary General;
2. Scenarios: regulatory framework, automotive table in Italy, market demand, competitive comparison;
3. Admission of new members;
4. Update Association strategies, policies and guidelines;
5. Work program update 2024 and three-year period 2024-2026;
6. Approval of Draft Economic Statement 2023 and Update Budget Forecast 2024/25/26;
7. Update memberships of national/international organizations;
8. Communication of upcoming CD and Assembly dates;
9. Miscellaneous.
– h:18.00 Closing of the Assembly
Each Member, in good standing with the payment of the one-time membership and membership fee until the current 2024, is represented at the Ordinary General Meeting by its legal representative or a delegate of the latter. In the event that one’s own representative is not available, it is possible to give proxy to another Member. Each Member may receive a maximum of two proxies. Proxy form attached.
