“As Lombardy, we are preparing a scientific dossier that will show that biofuels are not only very effective from the decarbonization point of view, but also that in their production cycle they are less impactful than synthetic ones that require a lot of water,” said Guido Guidesi, Lombardy Region’s economic development councilor in an interview with Il Giornale.
