New Manifesto-Lombard Renewable Fuels Notebook. The new document, available HERE, was presented Tuesday, April 8 in the European Parliament building by Ass. Guido Guidesi, for 2025 also president of ARA- Automotive Regions Alliance, to Lombard MEPs. Saverio Gaboardi took the floor as president of the Cluster, also on behalf of the Manifesto signatories and the Notebook partners, who enriched the subsequent debate with specific interventions. Highlighted was the principle of technological neutrality to be implemented quickly to prevent the ongoing transformations from becoming irreversible and end the climate of uncertainty for companies and the market.
