On Monday, June 15, 2026, starting at 9:30 a.m., at Casa Autopromotec – Promotec S.r.l., Via Emilia 41/B in Anzola dell’Emilia(https://maps.app.goo.gl/EgugM6jVmXg5L6zW6), the conference, “Biomethane on the Move: Technology and Sustainability for Transportation,” will be held.
The initiative was created with the aim of enhancing biomethane as a concrete, accessible and already available solution to contribute to the decarbonization of transport. In a context where the decarbonization of transport requires effective, accessible and already available solutions, biomethane is confirmed as a concrete answer for sustainable mobility, both in urban and suburban areas.
With this event, organized by FEDERMETANO (signatory of the Renewable Fuels Manifesto/Quaderno) in collaboration with PROMOTEC, it is intended to offer industry professionals, journalists and institutional stakeholders an opportunity for discussion and in-depth analysis of the potential of biomethane applied to transportation, with particular attention also to commercial mobility.
Among the vehicles featured in the initiative will be the Piaggio Porter NP6 biomethane, a solution designed for professional urban mobility, the Cirelli 1 and Cirelli 6, some vehicles of our associate IVECO as well as some vehicles transformed by Ecomotive Solutions, including the Fiat Panda 1.0 Hybrid running on biomethane. The exhibition will also be enriched by the presence of additional vehicles, representative of the different applications of biomethane for mobility. The meeting will represent a moment of dialogue between institutions, associations, manufacturers and supply chain operators, with the aim of enhancing already available technologies and contributing to a concrete, sustainable and accessible ecological transition.
