“Electric mobility and Italian industry: results of the 2024 survey,” which will be held Wednesday, January 22 at the Salone degli Arazzi of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy in Via Veneto 33, Rome, from 4 to 6 p.m.
The automotive supply chain represents one of the cornerstones of the Italian economy, and thanks to an extraordinary ability to evolve and innovate, it has gone through a century of history as a leading player on the world stage. A characteristic that can still be the key to reaffirming the country in the elite of the automotive industry, even for mass production.
The electrification of mobility brings with it major challenges for the industry, alongside great opportunities to be seized. But how is the national supply chain positioned in the new geo-industrial auto chessboard? How ready is it for the ongoing technological revolutions? What does it need to increase its competitiveness?
The event will provide an opportunity to answer these and other important questions, building on a mapping of some 2,300 companies in the sector that the TEA Observatory interviewed for an extremely timely survey on the status and prospects of a supply chain with enormous potential that needs to be supported and enhanced.
Several representatives from institutions, industry and academia will be present. The event will be held in the presence of the national press.
Refreshments for those present will follow the conclusion of the proceedings.
Confidential event, by invitation only. Participating for the Cluster will be President Dr. Saverio Gaboardi and Secretary General Prof. Giampiero Mastinu.
