The Lombardo Mobility Cluster is pleased to disseminate the invitation to the seminar “Discovering Mexico: Country of Opportunities for the Internationalization of Italian Businesses,” organized by the Consulate General of Mexico in Milan, the Chamber of Commerce of Mexico in Italy (CaMexItal) and Confindustria Bergamo, in collaboration with IC&Partners, Banca Akros and our associate Brembo, which will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024 at 4:00 p.m., at the headquarters of our associate Confindustria Bergamo.

This is a seminar aimed at business decision makers who wish to explore new prospects for growth and investment in Mexico, with the opportunity to join a business mission that will travel to Mexico during the first half of 2025.
Trade between Italy and Mexico is growing beyond annual economic forecasts: during the first five months of 2024 it increased by 21 percent compared to the same period in 2023. For Italy, Mexico is the second largest export market in the entire Americas, just behind the United States and ahead of Brazil and Argentina.

Due to its strategic location, its open and fast-growing economy, young and skilled workforce (workforce with an average age of 29), and a robust political system, Mexico today represents one of the most attractive destinations for nearshoring strategies of companies from Italy and several other European Union countries.
