The seminar “BRESCIA DNA FUTURE – DEMOGRAPHY, IMMIGRATION, DIGITAL, COMPETENCES<\/b> – The Four Challenges of Today and Tomorrow<\/b>” is organized by Confindustria Brescia in collaboration with the Observatory for the Territory (OpTer) of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.<\/div>\n
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21<\/b>, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.<\/b> in the Association’s Beretta Hall<\/b> (Via Cefalonia 62, Brescia) and will be an opportunity to present the main findings of the research of the same name, which analyzes the evolution of the Brescian production system over a medium- to long-term horizon.<\/b><\/div>\n
<\/b><\/div>\n
The study focuses in particular on a number of key phenomena that are already profoundly affecting the economic and social fabric of our area, such as population decline<\/b> and its impacts, the still partial integration of immigrants<\/b> into society and businesses, and the ongoing digital transformation<\/b>, including the rapid spread ofartificial intelligence.<\/b><\/div>\n
The goal is to offer a strategic and integrated vision to address these challenges, identifying concrete actions at the local and national levels: from demographic and migration policies, to initiatives for training, innovation and inclusion, thanks also to the intervention of important guests from the institutional world.<\/div>\n

After institutional greetings by Franco Gussalli Beretta<\/b> (President Confindustria Brescia) and Mario Taccolini<\/b> (Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore), speakers – moderated by journalist Dario Di Vico – will be Giovanni Marseguerra<\/b> (Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore), Filippo Schittone<\/b> (General Manager Confindustria Brescia), Davide Fedreghini<\/b> (Centro Studi Confindustria Brescia), Maddalena Colombo<\/b> (Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore), Daniela Bragoli<\/b> (Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore) and Ivana Pais<\/b> (Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore).<\/div>\n
This will be followed by a panel discussion, featuring Laura Castelletti<\/b> (Mayor of the Municipality of Brescia), Franco Gussalli Beretta<\/b> (President of Confindustria Brescia) and Simona Tironi<\/b> (Councillor for Education, Training, and Labor, Lombardy Region).<\/div>\n
