University professors, researchers, professional engineers and students will be able to share their know-how, contribute to knowledge transfer, and interact with interested parties (stakeholders). The conference will be accompanied by an exhibition of companies with specific interest in the topics at hand (testing machines, measurement systems, software for structure analysis, FEM, etc.).  <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"imTAJustify\">Authors who wish to submit their own work, to be eventually included in the proceedings, must complete their registration with payment of the fee no later than <span class=\"fs14lh1-5 cf1\">APRIL 30.<\/span> <span class=\"imUl\"><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">This deadline for organizational reasons will not be extended<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"imTAJustify\">Papers for which registration has not been finalized by that date <span class=\"fs14lh1-5\"> will<\/span> not <span class=\"fs14lh1-5\"> be included in the program<\/span>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"imCell_23\" class=\"\">\n<div id=\"imTextObject_30_23\">\n<div id=\"imTextObject_30_23_tab0\" class=\"text-tab-content grid-prop current-tab \" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-index=\"0\">\n<div class=\"text-inner\">\n<div class=\"imTAJustify\"><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">AIAS membership is required to attend the conference.  <\/span>The MEMBER\/AUTHOR registration fee includes:<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">AIAS membership for the year 2026-27;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">The use of Google G-Suite on dedicated AIAS accounts;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Access to all scientific sessions;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to submit one&#8217;s work for publication in indexed proceedings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"imCell_38\" class=\"\">\n<div id=\"imCellStyleBorders_38\"><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">The fee<\/span><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\"> <\/span><b><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">ESCORT<\/span><\/b><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\"> <\/span><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">must always be associated with at least one conference attendee registration, includes participation in the social dinner, lunches and coffee breaks. To the accompanying persons <\/span><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\"> <\/span><b><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">is not allowed<\/span><\/b><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\"> <\/span><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">Participate in the work of the conference.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"imTextObject_30_38\">\n<div id=\"imTextObject_30_38_tab0\" class=\"text-tab-content grid-prop current-tab \" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-index=\"0\">\n<div class=\"text-inner\">\n<div><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">Minors <\/span><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">do not pay any participation fee,<\/span><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\"> <\/span><span class=\"imUl fs14lh1-5\">but they must be registered<\/span><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\"> <\/span><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">before the start of the conference.
