XI\/5899 of Jan. 31, 2022 and smi: <strong>approval of the regional trademark &#8220;supply chain recognized by,&#8221;<\/strong> with Technical Directions for the proper use of the regional trademark and an application example of the same, for communication initiatives promoted and implemented by the supply chain.  <br \/><strong>The single supply chain logo<\/strong>, which identifies all the partners adhering to it, <strong>may be affixed<\/strong> by entities that have participated in the &#8220;Call for the Strengthening of Production Chains and Industrial Ecosystems,&#8221; approved by Decree No. 2193 of Feb. 7, 2024, <strong>in all communication initiatives in which the regional trademark <\/strong>accompanied by the phrase &#8220;Supply Chain Recognized by,&#8221; <strong>is used <\/strong>, provided that the same single supply chain logo has been <strong>approved in the project agreement signed by all partners <\/strong>.
