is established within the Thematic Group &#8220;Business Development,&#8221; the operation of which is defined in Art. 12 of the Statute.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be00e66 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"be00e66\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce9f8b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce9f8b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"ng-scope\"><b>Foreword:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"ng-scope\">The Region of Lombardy intends to accompany the cultural change of human capital to protect the competitiveness of regional industry and take advantage of the ongoing technological transformation, with special reference to the improvement and retraining of professional skills at all levels of business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ng-scope\">In this area, Vocational Training and Apprenticeship are the key determinants of people&#8217;s skilled employment and companies&#8217;
