Service providers will therefore need to be able to interact with all the players that make up the mobility environment, from vehicle production companies to people to bring added value. It is expected that by 2020, one in five vehicles will be &#8220;connected,&#8221; that is, equipped with semi-automated systems capable of dialoguing with services and infrastructure in the logic of IoT &#8220;Internet of Things.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ng-scope\">Subjects of interest in general are all projects for collecting, processing data and returning them to stakeholders and in particular: projects for data collection aimed at improving services to people; projects for data collection and analysis for communication between vehicles, vehicles and infrastructure, people and vehicles, people and infrastructure, aimed at improving services; predictive analytics and big data projects aimed at optimization, deployment and maintenance of automotive-related components; the study of projects to ensure high standards of cybersecurity in the interaction between vehicles, vehicles and infrastructure, people and vehicles, people and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ng-scope\">They are treated:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ng-scope\">\n<li><b>Research projects<\/b> aimed at developing vehicle-infrastructure, infrastructure-vehicle and vehicle-infrastructure-vehicle communication systems for road safety;<\/li>\n<li><b>systems for monitoring<\/b> vehicle and transportation status, with the aim of increasing safety, comfort and sustainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ng-scope\"><span class=\"ng-scope\">They are considered the <\/span><b class=\"ng-scope\">Intelligent Transport Systems<\/b><span class=\"ng-scope\"> (Sensoring, RFID -Radio Frequency IDentification, smart re-routing, energy scavenging), with reference to passenger and\/or freight traffic.<\/span><br class=\"ng-scope\"><br class=\"ng-scope\"><span class=\"ng-scope\">They are objects of interest:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ng-scope\">\n<li>Embedded systems; data fusion algorithms;  <\/li>\n<li>machine vision systems;  <\/li>\n<li>radar systems and any other means of data transmission within the vehicle and between the vehicle and the outside world;  <\/li>\n<li>ADAS;  <\/li>\n<li>self-driving vehicles;  <\/li>\n<li>V2I, I2V, V2V-based traffic data management systems;<\/li>\n<li>The development of on-board sensory systems;<\/li>\n<li>Infrastructure for data collection, processing and retransmission to vehicles;<\/li>\n<li>i Asphalt Condition Detection Systems for road management\/maintenance based on ordinary motor vehicles suitably sensorized (floating car data);  <\/li>\n<li>Vehicle on-board speed limiters according to the available grip along the route.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1debb66 elementor-align-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"1debb66\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm elementor-animation-shrink\" href=\"http:\/\/clusterlombardomobilita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/ALLEGATO-WG-SENSORISTICA.pdf\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Attachment<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d12596 elementor-align-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"5d12596\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm elementor-animation-shrink\" href=\"http:\/\/clusterlombardomobilita.it\/eventi\/\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Upcoming meetings of the Sensor WG.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a34f013 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"a34f013\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SENSOR WORKING GROUP The innovation process sees the transportation medium as a part, a key piece, of an ecosystem of services.
