SUMMARY:XXVII National Congress of the Italian Association of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (AIMETA) - Brescia\, Italy
DESCRIPTION:The Lombard Mobility Cluster is pleased to sponsor the XXVII National Congress of the Italian Association of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (AIMETA).\n\nAIMETA\, founded in 1966\, brings together devotees of Mechanics in its various theoretical\, experimental\, technical\, and applied directions.\n\nThe XXVII biennial AIMETA congress\, organized by our associate University of Brescia\, will open Sept. 7 at Teatro Grande and continue at Palazzo Calini ai Fiumi with scientific sessions until Sept. 10\, 2026.  The event usually gathers about 350 participants\, many of them academics from various scientific-disciplinary fields\, and this year aims to engage participants from Companies\, Institutions\, Universities and Bodies not only in terms of Mechanics\, but also in terms of the History and Culture of the City of Brescia.\nIn this context\, the Lombard Mobility Cluster wants to foster the meeting between the excellence of the area’s mechanical industry and Italian academic specialists in mechanics\, because mechanics has been and is for the Lombard (and Brescian in particular) territory of peculiar economic\, historical and cultural relevance.\n\nFor these reasons\, we intend to spread the invitation to our members who will be able to:\n\n\n\nAttend the congress as auditors;\nPresent a paper with scientific content (Field Lesson) as speakers in the parallel sessions by submitting an application by May 1\, 2026;\nSponsor the event by applying by March 15\, 2026.\n\n\n\nFor scientific project submission or conference sponsorship\, please contact:\nProf. Alberto Salvadori (Congress contact person for the University of Brescia): alberto.salvadori@unibs.it\nOr:\nEng. SUMMARY:41st AIM National Conference - The future between research and innovation
DESCRIPTION:From September 9 to 11\, the 41st National Metallurgy Conference will be held in Brescia\, Italy: a special edition\, organized by the Italian Metallurgy Association in collaboration with our member University of Brescia\, which coincides with the 80th anniversary of the founding of AIM and is intended to celebrate the history and future of Italian metallurgy. Alongside the scientific sessions\, there will be an exhibition area dedicated to companies\, which will allow participants to explore innovations in the industry.
