DESCRIPTION:Next November 8\, 2025\, the prestigious La Scala Theater in Milan will host the eighth edition of the Regione Lombardia Research Day\, established in memory of Umberto Veronesi to celebrate the fundamental value of science and innovation in the lives of citizens. \nThe event is a unique opportunity to bring society closer to the world of research\, promoting its concrete impact on the development of the Lombardy region. The central moment of the day will be the presentation of the International Prize “Lombardy is Research\,” dedicated this year to advances in early diagnostics and preventive medicine.  \nDuring the ceremony\, prizes will also be awarded for the most innovative projects submitted by students from high schools and IeFP pathways\, a testament to the talent and creativity of the younger generation. \nIn-person event\, by invitation only. Participating for the Cluster will be President Dr. Saverio Gaboardi and Development Advisor Piersandro Trevisan.
