PROGRAMME: h:14.30 Welcome Coffee and opening to the visit of three high-tech laboratories of the University of Brescia and CNR STIIMA\, located at CSMT – Innovative Contamination Hub\, which is hosting us; h:15.45 Institutional greetings by CSMT CEO and General Manager Eng. Riccardo Trichilo; h:16.00 start of the Assembly proceedings: 1. Communications of the President and Secretary General:\na. ARA – Automotive Regions Alliance\, Monza event November 28\, 2024\, role of the Cluster in preparing reference documents;\nb. evolving scenarios and competitive framework automotive supply chain (OEM and component manufacturers).\n2. Admission of new members; 3. Approval of strategies\, policies and guidelines of the Association; 4. Approval of 2025 work program and 2025-2027 triennium; 5. Update Annual Report 2024 and approval of proposed 2025 Budget; 6. Definition of 2025 Annual Membership and Participation Fees and related payment methods; 7. Deliberation of guidelines for admission of sustaining members; 8. Update memberships to national/international organizations; 9. Communication of upcoming CD and Assembly dates; 10. Miscellaneous and any other business.\nh:18.00 Closing of business Each Member\, in good standing with the payment of the one-time participation and membership fee until the current 2024\, is represented at the Ordinary General Assembly by its legal representative or a delegate of the latter.
