DESCRIPTION:The Lombard Mobility Cluster is offering its members the opportunity to participate on convenient terms in the AVEC24 – ADVANCED VEHICLE CONTROLS congress(www.avec24.org) to be held at the Politecnico di Milano – Bovisa-Durando campus from September 2-6\, 2024. \nConference topics range from advanced vehicle controls\, vehicle digitization\, AI\, active vehicle safety and interaction with the environment. \nThe full program is attached. \nSpeeches are planned by: Toyota\, Volkswagen\, Nissan\, Volvo\, Volvo Trucks\, NIO\, Rimac-Bugatti\, Ferrari\, Isuzu\, Schaeffler\, BOSCH\, Brembo\, Itachi\, Pirelli\, Hankook\, ST and others.\nAmong universities: Cambridge\, Stanford\, Berkeley\, ETH Zurich\, Tsinghua (Beijing)\, TU Delft\, TU Wien\, TU Darmstadt\, Univ.\nTokyo\, Nihon\, Univ.\nOsaka\, Kanagawa Inst.\nof Tech.\nand others.      \nMembers of the European Commission will deliver a key-note lecture on autonomous vehicles of the future. \nInterested parties can register for a single day by paying €300 (single-day registration reserved for CLM members)\, or they can register for the entire congress by paying €700 instead of €850. \nAn email must be sent by August 27 to the conference secretariat enclosing this email as proof of CLM membership.\nPayment will be made on-site.
