SUMMARY:41st AIM National Conference - The future between research and innovation
DESCRIPTION:From September 9 to 11\, the 41st National Metallurgy Conference will be held in Brescia\, Italy: a special edition\, organized by the Italian Metallurgy Association in collaboration with our member University of Brescia\, which coincides with the 80th anniversary of the founding of AIM and is intended to celebrate the history and future of Italian metallurgy. Alongside the scientific sessions\, there will be an exhibition area dedicated to companies\, which will allow participants to explore innovations in the industry. Pierfrancesco Maran \,Chair of the ENVI Committee of the European Parliament\, and organized by ECCO\, with the support of Confindustria Lombardia\, as part of the Enterprise Europe Network. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe passage of the Circular Economy Act marks a turning point for European manufacturing: from resource traceability to the development of secondary raw materials markets\, the new European regulations are becoming key factors for companies’ competitiveness and business continuity. To provide a clear overview of the regulatory impacts\, risks\, and opportunities for industrial supply chains\, we invite you to three in-depth sessions dedicated to the key sectors of the transition: “CIRCULAR ECONOMY\, BATTERIES\, AND THE TRANSITION OF THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.” \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe electrification of mobility and the growing demand for critical materials place the recovery and recycling of end-of-life vehicles and batteries at the heart of sustainability\, energy security\, and European industrial resilience.
